Standing water on the roof
Flat roofs prove to be very resistant and easy to maintain. This reasoning applies, of course, if the installation is carried out correctly, both in terms of a slope of at least 2% and water drainage. Otherwise, puddles will form, with all the related consequences: the risk of moss formation and dirt accumulation increases, and stagnant water greatly increases the pressure on the roof.
